1. Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship orders within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
We strive to process all orders placed before 4:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. All orders will be shipped within 48 business hours from the date of purchase.
3. Shipping Carriers and Tracking
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
4. Shipping Charges and Refunds
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for any product, the cost of shipping will not be included in the refund amount.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or delivery errors. Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for updates.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship returned packages.
