Policy Scope

Applies to purchases made only at: vitalitivortex.com
Does not apply to purchases from: Spiro EMF / SpiroSolution.com, NOXTAK, Amazon, or any other authorized retailers/distributors.

1) Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date only for products purchased directly from vitalitivortex.com.

To be eligible, items must be returned in unopened, original condition, unaltered and unused, including all original packaging and inserts, and meet all of the following:
- Original, unaltered condition (not modified, damaged, scratched, bent, colored, or otherwise changed)
- Factory seals/tamper-evident seals intact (where applicable)
- Includes all original accessories, manuals, inserts, and packaging
- A Return Request Form is completed and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued before the item is shipped back.

2) Purchases from Other Sellers

We can only process returns for orders placed at vitalitivortex.com. If you purchased from Spiro EMF / SpiroSolution.com, NOXTAK, or another retailer/distributor, please contact that seller directly and follow their policy.

3) How to Start a Return

1. Complete the Return Request Form on our Returns Page within 30 days of delivery.
2. After review, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship your return using a trackable, insured method. Write the RMA number clearly on the outer shipping box.

Note: Returns sent without a completed form or RMA will not be accepted.

4) Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, such as the credit/debit card or account used at checkout.
Refunds cover the product price only; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Allow 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected for refund processing. Your bank or provider may require additional time.

5) Restocking Fees & Limits

Orders over $999 may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 15%).
We limit returns to two (2) approved returns per customer per rolling 12-month period.

6) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.

7) Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item

Report issues within 7 days of delivery via the Return Request Form. Include order number, description, and photos/video. Confirmed defective or incorrect items will be refunded or replaced.

8) Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable: opened/used items, products with broken seals, custom/special orders, digital goods, gift cards, free gifts/promos. Bundles must be returned in full.

9) Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If refused or returned as undeliverable, we will refund the product price minus outbound and return shipping and any restocking fee.

10) International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping, duties, VAT, and brokerage fees. These are non-refundable.

11) Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns in cases of suspected fraud, excessive returns, or damaged/tampered goods.
